Nutrition/Programming

Nutrition and programming by Lauren Rutan

We offer two different types of nutrition programs

  • Flexible dieting (Macros) - This is where you get a custom tailored breakdown of fat/carbs/protein that you need to hit each day and it is much more flexible on what you can eat as long as you stay within your macro parameters.

  • Strict dieting - This approach is more like a bodybuilding style diet where we give you 5-6 meals per day with the exact amount or specific food to eat and it is 6 days on 1 day off.

Either option is offered as a 1 month or a discounted 3 month option and both diets are reevaluated every month so the necessary changes can be made for optimal results. Discount also applied if you choose to do both workout and nutrition program together.

  • Bodybuilding/Toning - This option is more of a traditional gym setting workout with 5 days on and 2 days off tailored to your specific goals of building muscle or losing weight/toning up.
  • Weightlifting - This option is for a custom tailored weightlifting program again adjusted to your specific needs or goals.
  • Accessory -  This option is a 3 day accessory program that helps you meet your particular goals/weaknesses that may not be directly covered in the above programs.

Either option is offered as a 1 month or a discounted 3 month option and all programs are reevaluated every month so the necessary changes can be made for optimal results. Discount also applied if you choose to do both workout and nutrition program together.
